Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel, ensuring they are completely dry.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between until fully melted.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, covering it about two-thirds of the way.
- Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Optional: Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle it over the chocolate strawberries; add sprinkles for decoration.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
