- 16 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the stuffed mushrooms.
- Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Notes
These appetizers can be served warm or at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
