Ingredients

- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 8 ounces of pasta (your choice)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until they soften, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir well.
- Mix in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Allow the sauce to thicken for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan. Toss well to coat the pasta in the sauce.
Notes
Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of fresh black pepper. Pair with white wine for enhanced flavors.
