Description

A romantic dish featuring creamy sauce, fresh spinach, and mushrooms, perfect for Valentine’s Day dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces of pasta (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they soften, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir well.
  6. Mix in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Allow the sauce to thicken for a few minutes.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the pan. Toss well to coat the pasta in the sauce.

Notes

Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of fresh black pepper. Pair with white wine for enhanced flavors.
