Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened salted butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add the flour and mix until no dry flour is visible.
- Form the dough into 2-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them at least 2 inches apart.
- Press down gently on the tops to flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in chocolate chips or nuts. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
