Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is soft.
  3. Add your protein and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables.
  5. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
