Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix until well blended.
  3. Add the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure to drain the spinach well to avoid excess moisture. For a creamier dip, mix in some additional cream cheese or sour cream. You can add a bit of hot sauce for some spice if desired.
