- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix until well blended.
- Add the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Make sure to drain the spinach well to avoid excess moisture. For a creamier dip, mix in some additional cream cheese or sour cream. You can add a bit of hot sauce for some spice if desired.
