Description

A fresh and colorful salad with creamy avocados, juicy tomatoes, and soft mozzarella, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 fresh mozzarella balls
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Halve an avocado and remove the peel and seed.
  2. Cut the two halves into thin slices (about 2-3 mm).
  3. Flatten the avocado slices as much as possible, keeping equal spacing between them.
  4. Use a heart cutter to create fanned-out avocado hearts.
  5. Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes, then cut out hearts from each.
  6. Chop any leftover pieces and place them at the bottom of your serving platter.
  7. Arrange the avocado, mozzarella, and tomato hearts on top of the chopped pieces.
  8. Mix the olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
  9. Pour the dressing over the salad.

Notes

Choose ripe avocados for the best texture and use fresh mozzarella for a creamier taste.
