Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with a little oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or a yogurt dip. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
