Description

Quick and healthy bites made with steamed broccoli and cheese, perfect for snacks or parties.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with a little oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
