Ingredients

  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce (For dipping)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (Can substitute with olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes (Optional for a spicy kick)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Or nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option)
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Italian Parsley (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the tortellini according to the package. Drain well.
  3. In a bowl, toss tortellini with butter or olive oil and chili flakes if you use them.
  4. Put the tortellini in a baking dish in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts and edges get light brown.
  7. Sprinkle minced parsley before serving.
