- 1 package Tortellini (Choose between frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce (For dipping)
- 2 tablespoons Butter (Can substitute with olive oil)
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes (Optional for a spicy kick)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Or nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option)
- 2 tablespoons Minced Italian Parsley (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the tortellini according to the package. Drain well.
- In a bowl, toss tortellini with butter or olive oil and chili flakes if you use them.
- Put the tortellini in a baking dish in a single layer.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts and edges get light brown.
- Sprinkle minced parsley before serving.
- Warm the marinara sauce and serve it in a small bowl for dipping.
Notes
For best results, use fresh tortellini and dry well after boiling to ensure crispiness.
