Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko bread crumbs.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in egg, and coat with panko bread crumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken tenderloins until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
- Drizzle the sauce over the fried chicken tenders and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in spices before breading. Can be made gluten-free using gluten-free flour and panko. Bake instead of fry for a healthier option.
