Description

A delightful dish combining crispy fried chicken tenderloins with a creamy and spicy sauce, perfect for dinner or as a snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko bread crumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in egg, and coat with panko bread crumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the chicken tenderloins until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
  7. Drizzle the sauce over the fried chicken tenders and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in spices before breading. Can be made gluten-free using gluten-free flour and panko. Bake instead of fry for a healthier option.
