Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for another minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the beef and broccoli, and stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, replace beef with tofu and use vegetable broth instead of oyster sauce.
