- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot.
- Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked rice.
