A quick and healthy side dish that features broccoli stir-fried in a savory garlic sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Notes
Keep broccoli slightly crisp for the best texture. Try garnishing with sesame seeds or a squeeze of lemon.
