- 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder; stir until well combined.
- Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the sauce and mix until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Pat steak tips dry before cooking for a better sear. Avoid overcooking the pasta, and add reserved pasta water if the sauce thickens too much.
