Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta (preferably rotini or fusilli)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add olive oil or balsamic vinegar if the salad seems dry after storing.
