Description

A delicious and fresh dish combining classic Caprese salad flavors with pasta, perfect for warm days and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (preferably rotini or fusilli)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
  4. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes
