Delicious caramel apples combining crisp fruit and soft, sweet caramel, perfect for parties or as a fall treat.
Ingredients

- 4 medium Apples
- 1 cup Caramel candies
- 1/2 cup Nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup Chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the apples thoroughly.
- Insert a stick into the top of each apple.
- Melt the caramel in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each apple into the caramel, turning to coat completely.
- If desired, roll in chopped nuts or drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Place the coated apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow to cool until the caramel hardens.
Notes
Use firm, tart apples for best results. Store in a cool place, wrapped in plastic wrap, and consume within 2-3 days.
