Description

A quick and easy Cheese Bread recipe that creates a warm, cheesy loaf perfect for breakfast, snacks, or serving with soup and salads.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the shredded cheese, melted butter, milk, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
