Description

Enjoy a low-carb twist on a classic cheeseburger with these fresh and light cabbage wraps.


Ingredients

  • Cabbage leaves
  • Ground beef or turkey
  • Cheese slices
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Onion
  • Mustard and ketchup (optional)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare your fresh vegetables: slice the tomatoes, pickles, and onion.
  3. Take a cabbage leaf and place a portion of cooked meat in the center.
  4. Add a slice of cheese on top of the meat.
  5. Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion.
  6. Drizzle with mustard or ketchup if desired.
  7. Fold the sides of the cabbage leaf over the filling and enjoy your low-carb burger wrap!

Notes
