Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Dipping sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the broccoli bites until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
