Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Dipping sauce of choice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the broccoli bites until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Cool to room temperature before storing. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
