Description

Delicious cheesy broccoli tots that are crispy outside and soft inside, perfect as a snack or party finger food.


Ingredients

  • Fresh Broccoli Florets (About 1 pound)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup, packed)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)
  • Panko Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
  • All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup)
  • Eggs (2 large)
  • Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Onion Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon, or to taste)
  • Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon, or to taste)
  • Olive Oil or Cooking Spray (for baking or air frying)

Instructions

  1. Steam or boil the broccoli until tender-crisp, then cool and drain well.
  2. Chop or pulse the broccoli into small pieces for texture.
  3. Mix the broccoli with cheddar, parmesan, panko, flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1–2 tablespoon sized tots.
  5. Choose to bake, air fry, or pan-fry until golden and crispy.

Notes

Serve warm with a dipping sauce such as ketchup, ranch, or marinara. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
