- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Combine diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Spread creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla laid flat on a surface.
- Distribute the cooked chicken evenly on the tortillas.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to create a wrap.
- Grill the folded wraps in the same pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Remove from pan, cut in half and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier kick, try using pepper jack cheese. You can customize the filling with additional vegetables or proteins.
