Quick and delicious cheesy chicken wraps with garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked.
  3. Remove chicken from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Spread creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla laid flat on a surface.
  5. Distribute the cooked chicken evenly on the tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
  7. Fold the tortillas over the filling to create a wrap.
  8. Grill the folded wraps in the same pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from pan, cut in half and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier kick, try using pepper jack cheese. You can customize the filling with additional vegetables or proteins.
