These Cheesy Taco Sticks are simple, tasty, and quick to make. They pair well with dips and work for parties or a fast family meal.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- Sour cream for dipping
- Salsa for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat and add the taco seasoning. Mix well and cook according to the seasoning package instructions.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of taco meat and some shredded cheese on each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with sour cream and salsa for dipping.
Notes
Do not overfill each rectangle to ensure the dough seals well. Press the edges with a fork to prevent leaks. For extra flavor, use a mix of cheddar and Mexican blend cheese.
