Description

These Cheesy Taco Sticks are simple, tasty, and quick to make. They pair well with dips and work for parties or a fast family meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • Sour cream for dipping
  • Salsa for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat and add the taco seasoning. Mix well and cook according to the seasoning package instructions.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of taco meat and some shredded cheese on each rectangle.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with sour cream and salsa for dipping.

Notes

Do not overfill each rectangle to ensure the dough seals well. Press the edges with a fork to prevent leaks. For extra flavor, use a mix of cheddar and Mexican blend cheese.
