Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh basil or parsley to garnish

  • Optional: 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Sear the chicken in olive oil until golden brown.
