Description

A safe and delicious alternative to traditional cookie dough, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the need for baking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (120 grams)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar (light or dark)
  • ½ cup butter (salted or unsalted, softened)
  • 24 tbsp milk (more or less as needed)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt (omit if using salted butter)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Microwave the flour in 20-second intervals until it reaches a safe temperature of 165℉ degrees (about 40-60 seconds), or bake it in a 350℉ oven for 3-5 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. In a standing mixer or large bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the cooled flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well and gradually add milk until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips. Enjoy your edible cookie dough!

Notes

For safe consumption, use heat-treated flour. You can customize with different mix-ins like peanut butter chips or nuts.
