  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate ganache by heating the heavy cream in a saucepan until just simmering.
