Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan.
- Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate ganache by heating the heavy cream in a saucepan until just simmering.
- Pour the cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Once the brownies are cooled, top them with sliced strawberries and pour the chocolate ganache over everything.
- Chill in the refrigerator until the ganache is set, then slice and serve.
