An easy and delicious dessert featuring layers of nutty crust, creamy filling, and rich chocolate, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- ½ cup pecans (chopped)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz Cool Whip (1 large tub)
- 2 boxes chocolate instant pudding (small box (3.9oz))
- 3 cups milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans together. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Allow it to cool.
- In another bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread over the cooled nut crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix with 3 cups of milk until it thickens. Pour pudding over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the chocolate pudding layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add extra chopped pecans or chocolate shavings for garnish. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
