Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, oats, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and let cool until set.
