Description
Churro Cheesecake combines the crispy sweetness of churros with the creamy richness of cheesecake, making it a perfect dessert for any occasion.

- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- Two 8-ounce packages refrigerated crescent roll dough or sheets
- 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together ½ cup granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange it in a greased 9-inch springform pan, covering the bottom and pressing it up the sides slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with ¾ cup granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the crust made with the crescent roll dough.
- Fold the top of the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the dough.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over the crust.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
You can serve warm or chilled, and it’s great with whipped cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
