- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together. Spread this mixture over the batter in the pan.
- Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon filling.
- Use a knife to swirl the batter slightly to combine the layers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, topped with a glaze or vanilla ice cream. Store covered at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for a week.
