Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together. Spread this mixture over the batter in the pan.
  7. Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon filling.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the batter slightly to combine the layers.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Let the cake cool before serving.
