- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the milk.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon for the coating in a small bowl.
- Once the bread is out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then brush with melted butter and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
