A no-bake dessert that combines cream cheese and sweet cherry pie filling, perfect for any gathering.

- 7 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 9 whole crackers)
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 container Cool Whip, 8 ounces
- 1 can cherry pie filling, 21 ounces
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are coated.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until smooth and fluffy, then spread over the crust.
- Pour the cherry pie filling on top and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Notes
For extra crunch, add chopped nuts to the crust. Fresh cherries can be used instead of pie filling.
