- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
- Stir the yeast mixture into the flour mixture until a dough forms.

- Punch down the dough and divide it into two pieces. Shape them into baguettes.
- Place on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise again for about 30 minutes.

- Slash the tops of the baguettes with a sharp knife.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crusty.
