- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the ginger, garlic, carrot, and celery, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and egg noodles, and simmer for another 5 minutes until the noodles are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce or a teaspoon of sesame oil. Use different vegetables based on your preferences.
