Ingredients

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 cup zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Add kale, spinach, zucchini, broccoli, and green peas.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
