Description

Delicious cookies featuring chunks of Oreo cookies and creamy white chocolate chips for a rich flavor that delights kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
