- 8 oz tortellini
- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a simmer.
- Add in the cooked tortellini and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak beforehand. Add red pepper flakes for heat. Use fresh tortellini for better texture.
