Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz tortellini
  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add in the cooked tortellini and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak beforehand. Add red pepper flakes for heat. Use fresh tortellini for better texture.
