Description
Warm, melty, sweet-savory little appetizers made with flaky puff pastry, creamy brie, and glossy cranberry sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 sheet puff pastry (lard-free), thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the puff pastry into small squares and press each one into a mini muffin tin.
- Place a small cube of brie into each pastry cup.
- Add a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the pastry is golden and the brie is melted.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle lightly with honey if desired.
- Garnish with a small rosemary leaf and serve warm.
Notes
Use cold pastry for the best puff. Don’t overfill with cranberry sauce; a little goes a long way. These are best eaten warm but can be reheated for 3–4 minutes.
