- 250g pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the Cajun seasoning to your taste. Add bell peppers or spinach for extra texture.
