Ingredients

  • 250g pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes
