This Creamy Cajun Crab Pasta Salad mixes cool pasta with spicy Cajun flavor and tender crab, making it a perfect dish for picnics, potlucks, or quick weeknight meals.

- 8 oz pasta (fusilli or rotini)
- 1 lb crab meat (cooked)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup green onions (sliced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the cooled pasta, crab meat, celery, red bell pepper, and green onions to the bowl. Gently toss to combine.
- Adjust seasoning if needed, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For a lighter dressing, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. Adjust Cajun seasoning to your heat preference.
