- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and transfer to the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
