Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, broccoli, and spinach, cooking until the vegetables are tender, about 2-3 minutes.
