- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups ramen noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, broccoli, and spinach, cooking until the vegetables are tender, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Reheat with a splash of chicken broth if necessary.
