Description

A delightful appetizer featuring a creamy blend of goat cheese, cream cheese, and Parmesan, served on toasted baguette slices.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the goat cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Bake the baguette slices for about 5-7 minutes, until lightly toasted.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture on the toasted baguette slices and top with halved cherry tomatoes.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until heated through.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to soften the cream cheese and goat cheese before mixing for a smooth blend. Garnish with extra basil if desired.
