- 1 baguette, sliced
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cherry tomatoes, halved (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the goat cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake the baguette slices for about 5-7 minutes, until lightly toasted.
- Spread the cheese mixture on the toasted baguette slices and top with halved cherry tomatoes.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to soften the cream cheese and goat cheese before mixing for a smooth blend. Garnish with extra basil if desired.
