Description

A crunchy, low-carb side dish made in minutes using an air fryer, perfect for healthy snacking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy!
