Delightful and healthier churro bites made in the air fryer, coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter; bring to a boil.
- Add flour and salt; stir until a ball forms.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and eggs until smooth.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Fill a piping bag with dough and pipe small bites onto parchment paper.
- Spray the churro bites with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Toss the churro bites in the sugar-cinnamon mixture before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, dusted with extras for a delightful treat. Pair with chocolate sauce or caramel.
