Ingredients

- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk egg and milk.
- Dip onion rings in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place onion rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately for the best crunch.
Notes
Serve hot with ketchup, ranch, or spicy mayo. Add to burgers or sandwiches for added crunch. Can be stored for up to 2 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
