- 2 large onions
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Slice the onions into rings and separate them.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually add water to the dry ingredients until the batter is smooth.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Dip each onion ring into the batter, then carefully place them in the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
