- 4 strips cheese (e.g., cheddar, mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons butter (for grilling)
- Tomato soup or marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Flatten the bread a bit with a rolling pin if needed.
- Place a strip of cheese near one edge.
- Roll the bread tight around the cheese so it does not come out.
- Heat a skillet on medium and add butter.
- Put roll ups seam side down so they stay closed.
- Cook and turn to brown all sides.
- Serve right away with warm sauce.
