Instructions

  1. Flatten the bread a bit with a rolling pin if needed.
  2. Place a strip of cheese near one edge.
  3. Roll the bread tight around the cheese so it does not come out.
  4. Heat a skillet on medium and add butter.
  5. Put roll ups seam side down so they stay closed.
  6. Cook and turn to brown all sides.
