- 2 large onions
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 large eggs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Slice the onions into thick rings and separate them.
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each onion ring into the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the onion rings until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
For best results, fry in small batches to maintain oil temperature. Serve with low-carb dips for a delicious treat.
