Description

Deliciously crunchy onion rings made with almond flour and Parmesan for a low-carb, keto-friendly snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 large onions
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Slice the onions into thick rings and separate them.
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each onion ring into the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the onion rings until golden and crispy on both sides.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
