- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha or to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the broccoli with olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl to coat.
- Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until crispy and slightly charred.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
Notes
Cut broccoli into similar sizes for even cooking. Do not overcrowd the pan for maximum crispiness.
