- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, and your favorite sauces
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas and fill each with the chicken and cheese mixture.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and brush the outside with olive oil.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with lettuce, tomatoes, and any additional sauces as desired.
Notes
For a buttered flavor, consider brushing with cowboy butter before air frying. Don’t overfill the tortillas to ensure they stay closed.
